How to do ab wheel rollout (kneeling)

  1. Kneel and hold the wheel with both hands.
  2. Roll forward extending your body in a straight line.
  3. Go only as far as you can keep a neutral back.
  4. Pull the wheel back with your core braced.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Don't arch your lower back; stop if you lose the straight line.
  • Avoid pushing with your arms instead of your core.
  • Don't rush the return.

Progression

  • Start with a short range and increase it. Once you master knees, try the standing version.
